The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. My room was a single en-suite with tea and coffee facilities. Comfortable bed, quiet location. The room was very clean. Breakfast was continental with a variety of options. The Kings Arms is in a good location for shops and a variety of eating establishments, or you can eat at the King's Arms. Ealing Broadway 10 minutes walk from underground. I was attending a concert at Hammersmith, 30 minutes direct on the underground. As a solo traveller, the walk back to the hotel was no problem. Hotel located in a residential area. I would definitely stay again and would recommend The King's Arms.

It is close to the metro, a very nice neighborhood, we loved that there is a kitchen and pub right under the rooms, so that we could eat after our trip in the city. The staff was kind, and helpful. It is a very easygoing place to stay so if you love QUICK administration this place is for you. As a non-UK resident love the charm of an old English building with its narrow stairs. The restaurant and pub close before or around midnight so we were able to sleep well. We ate at the restaurant and the meals were delicious. It is a very clean and neat place to stay.

I love staying in these types of accomodation. The room was comfortable and charming. It was clean in the area's that it needed to be (ie sheets, shower, toilet)...The staff was welcoming and very helpful..streamlined check-in and an easy check out. I'd rtather give my money to these types of accomadations than any big chain hotels. Breakfast was delightful. Exactly what we needed to get going in the morning. In room coffee stations was a great touch. Loved having my morning tea while looking out over the charming corner window. Just delighfully peaceful.

We stayed here our last night in London before our flight out of Heathrow the next day. It was close to the Ealing Broadway Underground which made it easy to get into London and also to the airport later in the day. They kept our bags for us so we wouldn’t have to lug them around. Breakfast the next morning was very good. It was also fun to walk around the neighborhood in the evening and get a feel for the less touristy parts of London. All in all, it was a perfect place for our needs and the price was outstanding.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful and the accommodation was warm, clean and comfortable and very conveniently located to access the high street and transport. We also ate lunch in the lovely pub and the food was great. We were able to use one of their parking spaces at no cost which was a brilliant bonus. We were able to enter late after a night out thanks to the door code at the entrance. Enjoyed meeting the two cats as well! Would definitely stay again. Thank you.
